This is really important to anyone out there especially who is either a musician who frequently practices with long practice hours each day or whether you’re an athlete or someone who uses the computer and spends hours typing on the keyboard.
Please always remember to take care of yourself and take breaks whenever needed! Also, there are many stretches (for your hands, back etc) that you can do to prevent any further injuries. These simple exercises can be found on youtube and by quick search on google but I will link some articles below as well.
